How a Supervised Loading Runs, Step by Step
The six checks above follow a fixed order, and each step leaves its own trace in your report.
- Empty container: interior, door gaskets and drain holes photographed before the first pallet, with the container number.
- Reefer set-point: the unit display photographed and its reading recorded against the contract value.
- Cargo going in: pulp temperature readings recorded and the cargo photographed as it goes in.
- Stacking: photos taken as the load builds, showing pallet placement and airflow clearance.
- Count: cartons and pallets tallied against the packing list, any difference written in the report.
- Doors closed, seal applied: seal and container numbers photographed, seal number recorded.
